Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance care have been integrated under good and close care. Each local care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice, youth clinic, and the local care department Näva, all of which are grant-funded. Within the primary care area, there is a good research climate and it has the status of a university hospital unit.

Zätagränd Health Center within primary care now welcomes a licensed Physiotherapist to a temporary position from 2026.09.01 to 2027.08.31 to join our wonderful team! Our health center has approximately 13,400 registered patients. Here, general practitioners and ST doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work. Zätagränd has a family center located adjacent to the health center where pediatric nurses and midwives work. Additionally, there is a psychosocial reception (PSM) and a rehab coordinator who works in the team around the sick leave process. There is also an occupational therapist. Here, the knowledge required within each individual profession exists in a multimodal team, along with resources to provide good care. The health center has two unit managers with shared leadership. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Physiotherapist, you will work with assessments and treatments of patients with various disabilities, diagnostic groups, and rehabilitation needs. You are often the first contact for patients with musculoskeletal issues. Teamwork and working with patients in groups (e.g., with COPD patients) are included, as well as home visits for assessments, treatments, and training.

Continuing education days are organized four times a year where further education occurs in various subjects, and there is also an opportunity for exchange and collaboration with colleagues at other health centers in the region. This position is a temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed Physiotherapist, and experience in primary care is an advantage. There are requirements for independent work, good interpersonal skills, good collaboration ability, multicultural competence, and professional responsibility. You will collaborate with other professionals at the health centers. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
